Below is an overview of the services we can offer. 
We mainly cover the Mid Norfolk area, but if you're slightly further afield, get in touch and we may still be able to assist.  

PC Repairs, Servicing Upgrades and Builds

Whether your computer is just running slow, or it refuses to turn on completely, we aim to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and cost effectively. 
On site repairs at your home can be carried out where possible, although where time consuming tasks are required, repairs will usually be carried out in our workshop.
We can also provide custom built PC's to suit your requirements.
We also offer a no fix, no fee agreement on repairs, so if we can't fix it, you don't have to spend a penny! ​

Malware & Virus Removal

We offer a full malware and virus removal service, so if you suspect your system may be suffering the effects of malicious software or viruses, get in touch without delay and we will do what we can to assist.​

Laptop and Tablet Repairs & Servicing

If your laptop needs a performance boost or if you've got a more serious problem with your mobile device such as a damaged screen or power socket, we are here to help.

Media Transfer
​Service

We offer high quality VHS to DVD or VHS to digital file transfers using professional video equipment.  We are able transfer from other video tape formats such as VHS-C, Hi8 and Mini DV so get in touch with your requirements.
We can offer straight copies to DVD or create personalized navigation menus and printed cases using supplied photographs if preferred.

Other media types are also possible, such as audio cassette or MiniDisc to CD.

Informal Training Sessions

Whether it's to build confidence using the internet, learning the basics of Windows or Office applications, or installing a new printer or WiFi network, we offer in home, informal training on your own computer or device, and will work with you at your own pace. 
This is often a more effective way to learn than following books or courses as you can ask relevant questions as we go and be hands on throughout.
By spending time 1 on 1 with me, we can gauge your abilities and build up to a level where you feel comfortable.
Special price available for first sessions so if you don't like me, or feel there's little benefit in continuing, you won't have wasted a fortune on my visit.

Data Recovery

Deleted some files by mistake?  Formatted your PC and forgot to back something up?  Hard Disk playing up?
If you need data recovered from a removeable storage device, we may be able to help.
We operate on a no data, no fee policy so if we can't retrieve anything, you won't pay a thing.
