With over 20 years in the IT industry, many of which have been face to face customer support, I hope to be able to assist with any hardware or software problems you have. Whether your PC has become increasingly slow and in need of a health check or upgrade, or you've spilled a cup of coffee on your laptop while shooing away your keyboard dwelling cat, I can help. |
In home support is available, and I can also offer informal 1 to 1 training sessions where I will sit with you and help you build confidence or learn new skills. These sessions are particularly beneficial to the over 60's who feel left behind by modern technologies.
